10 Food Combinations you are unaware of being harmful
We humans are very choosy about what we eat and often prefer food in different combinations. Rather than eating one single food item we combine it with some or the other thing to either make it taste better or to improve its nutrient quality.But sometimes after making a combo of two or three different food items we tend to feel more heavy and lathergic.
They give us digestive problems and often result in stomach ache, nausea, fatigue and other digestive issues.
While you are planning your meals avoid these deadly food combinations.
Eating fruits after a meal.
If you think you are having a healthy dessert, you are actually not because often fruits do not mix well with other foods. This is because fruits are made up of simple sugars that do not need to be broken down at organic level and hence not staying in your stomach for a long time. Other food item usually take longer to digest so, eating fruit after a meal makes the simple sugar from fruits be there in your stomach waiting for the other food items to be broken down while the fruit ferments.
Beans with Cheese.
Mexican food lovers enjoy this dish a lot but the thing is that this particular combination results into gas, bloating and indigestion which is not good for the stomach. Best thing is to keep your dairy products and beans separate.
Cereal and orange juice.
To have the first thing in your morning, this combo may not be the best one. Cereals are made up of starch and the orange juice contains acid,this ultimately leads to an upset stomach. The stomach is unable to digest it together.
Banana and milk.
Both of these are considered to be sweet and are consumed for instant energy but in truth bananas are sour and milk is sweet. Digestive system is confused and the body may have to face toxin release or allergies.
Fries with Burger.
Yes this combination, which we are eager to offer at our favourite junk food joints. These food items are deep fried and have adverse effect on our body. Intake of this leads to lower blood sugar levels and which inturn makes you feel lazy and sleepy.
Fruits and veggies together.
Fruits and vegetables are digested differently. Fruits that are high on simple sugar are digested more quickly as compared to vegetables. Next time choose green leafy vegetables preferrably while making a smoothie if you want to combine it with a fruit.
White bread and jam.
The combination of white bread and jam is not really harmful for our bodies. But they are taken at a wrong time, I.e. Breakfast. The body requires fiber and protein early in the morning to fill up the low glycogen levels. To replace this combination you can have whole grain bread and peanut butter.
Tea and milk.
Tea is supposed to have a lot of antioxidants that are effective in reducing inflammation in the body. The issue with milk here is that the protein in milk binds itself with the antioxidants present in the tea and the body is unable to absorb it. A better substitute for milk is lemon.
Burger and beer.

Yogurt and berries.
Continuous consumption of yogurt and berries can lead to blockage and allergy. This combination is generally consumed by many families and can be a harmful combination.
