Superfoods are nutrient rich foods which are especially beneficial for health and well- being, rich in micro- nutrients and they are used for serve different purposes. India, being the diverse county, has always been a superpower when comes to food. Superfoods of India are being used worldwide as ‘miracle food’. These foods are not expensive or found rarely in any particular states. Superfoods of India are those foods which you use in daily life and can be found in any household kitchen.

Coconut is used in so many ways. Starting from its water, coconut water is fat- free, high in potassium, protein, ascorbic acid. Ragi or Finger Millet
This superfood contains all three parts of the kernel- bran, germ and endosperm, makes it beneficial of the health.
